Donation Refund Policy
Guidelines for Requesting and Processing Donation Refunds
Purpose
This Donation Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures under which our organization processes refunds for donations. As an organization, we are committed to transparency and integrity in our interactions with donors. We appreciate the generosity of our supporters and want to ensure clarity regarding our refund practices.
General Policy
All donations made to our organization are considered final and nonrefundable. We encourage donors to carefully consider their decision before making a contribution. However, we recognize that errors can occur and are committed to addressing such situations promptly and fairly.
Refund Eligibility
• Duplicate Donations: If a donor accidentally submits a donation more than once, a refund for the duplicate amount may be requested.
• Incorrect Amount: If a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount was entered), donors may request a refund for the incorrect portion.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made without the donor’s authorization, please contact us promptly to initiate a review and potential refund.
Refund Request Process
1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original donation date.
2. Please include the donor’s full name, contact information, the date and amount of the donation, and the reason for the refund request.
3. Submit your request to our team at contact@dwapcfs.org.
4. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 business days of receipt.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible. If a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation
Ongoing support is important to enabling our programs to continue our work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to our programs over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us immediately at contact@dwapcfs.org.
Annual Event Ticket Sales
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. Ticket sales for our annual event goes directly toward our event costs.
